Our pillow cases are available in velveteen, a fabric soft to touch but also durable, or canvas, to give a modern look to your artwork. The pillows have a YKK zipper closure, and can withstand heavy use. Ships as pillow case only.
SWHuget ART & Design custom art printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution.Items are made especially with you in mind when you place an order therefore they are not returnable. This is due to the fact that the items are custom made on demand and not stored in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be varitations between or even within an order.In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue. If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
SWHuget ART & Design ships worldwide with Canada Post, USPS, and various courier services. Tracking numbers will be provided for shipments whenever possible. Any additional costs or customs fees occurring from shipments (both domestic or international) are not the responsibility of SWHuget Art & Design. International orders under $100 do not have tracking.

SWHuget ART & Design allows our customers to request alternative and express shipping methods such as UPS at an additional cost. Please contact us if you would like to use an upgraded shipping method for your order and we will arrange it if possible.

Shipments delayed by the shipping service are beyond our control and personal costs resulting from delayed shipments are not the responsibility of SWHuget ART & Design. We commit to shipping your order in a timely manner, doing our best to respect our estimated production times. Occasionally, an order takes longer than predicted due to various reasons including reprints, low inventory, out of stock fabric or technical issues with the manufactuer. We will try to contact you if there is a severe delay on your order.
